Points Restored

Am. Ex. has confirmed that they have transferred the points to their Partner Airlines and Hotels, as selected by me. There are still some open issues, like a full accounting and credit of points earned, but possibly not posted to my account. Overall, we accomplished what we set out to do.

I thank every one who has supported me in my endeavour to get back my points. Thanks once again.

  1. Congrats on your recovery of points. I'm in the same boat as you and was wondering if you can provide any further guidance on what you did to recover the points.. Contact information, numbers, process etc.... I've hit a brick wall with AMEX through their various 800 numbers and escalations.. Much Thanks!
